The Ushering Team is responsible welcoming guests and new comers to the church both on Sundays and during special programmes/events, Hospitality Team helps newcomers to feel special and appreciated by organizing our Newcomers welcome after service and possibly a once a month breakfast for all newcomers for the month, it is also responsible for newcomers to be connected with other members of the church, the Administration Team is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial affairs of the church. Their duties include offerings, ensuring correct counting and depositing of monies in the bank, properly receipting donors and issuing tax receipts. They keep all financial records and issue monthly financial reports in a decent, orderly and God fearing manner and keeping with all the legal requirements of CCRA.
